If any of you have been to BEC branches in Kuwait, you would have noticed tht they give you a token with a number on it. Then you have to be seated with patience and they start calling out the token numbers. I was at the BEC to buy some foreign currency.
Now,look at the customer service token i got.

I smiled when the filipino lady called "vinz-143"
maybe she said : "vinz, i love you".....
